Yes, everyone is invited to apply for a panel at EuroBronyCon 2020.

How do I know if my ‘Panel Application’ was accepted?

After you submit your application, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you if we want to accept your panel or if we need to clarify any additional questions from our side. To complete the process of the application after you were informed that we want you to host your panel, you need to get a valid ticket. If you already have a valid ticket, your application will be accepted from this point. If you applied for a Contributor-Ticket we will send you an invite to register for it. If you didn’t apply for a Contributor-Ticket and you do not already have one of the regular tickets, your ‘Panel Application’ can not be accepted as long as you don’t have a valid ticket.

Is there a way to increase the chance that my ‘Panel Application’ gets accepted?

Yes. The earlier you apply, the higher the chance that your panel gets accepted.

How long will the ‘Panel Application’ be open for registration?

The ‘Panel Application’ will close as soon as there are enough panels to fill our timetable, but at the latest of one month prior to the event.

What if I want to do a workshop instead of a panel?

The ‘Panel Application’ is used for both panels and workshops.

What equipment is provided by the venue?

Each panel room has speakers, microphones, a beamer and internet access.

When exactly is my panel going to take place?

We will announce the timetable a few weeks prior to the event. Until then we will not be able to provide information about the exact time of your panel. If there is a specific time where you are not able to host your panel, please mention it in the ‘Additional Information’ field inside of your ‘Panel Application’ or reach out to us after.

If I have a lot of equipment, how do I get it to the venue?

You can stop next to the venue with your car. You can reach out to us if you need to store some equipment.

How much time do I have to prepare before my panel?

Usually 10-15 minutes. If you need more time, please reach out to us or mention it in the ‘Additional Information’ field inside of your ‘Panel Application’.
